AWC guarantee all our projects handover by given dates.

Tendering the costs from already completed plans 1-2 weeks.
Procurement/management time approx 1-2 weeks to arrange resources etc.
Fitout time on site approx. anywhere from 2 weeks for a small job through to months on a larger job; the average is 3-4 weeks.

Approximately 90% of our projects come from existing clients’ repeat work, or via referral. This says a lot about our quality.

AWC work within the industry standard which is 40% deposit at signing of the contract with a progress claim of 30% invoiced at the commencement of site then a 25% progress claim mid-way through the project then a 5% final claim to be paid after defects works are completed. Payment schedules will come part of the programme of works and invoices to be paid within 7days.
The services element on average of a contract amounts to between 35% – 55% of the overall project.

For a fitout going into a new open plan office with existing floor coverings and ceilings, prices will range from:

  1. Standard fitout with basic finishes A$350 – $700 per m2
  2. Medium fitout with medium finishes A$600 – $850 per m2
  3. High quality with high spec finishes A$750.00 – $1,300.00 per m2
  4. Strip out and make good back to base A$70-$130.00 per m2
